About the Project:
This project includes demolition of existing improvements and construction of three six-story Office/Research & Development buildings totaling 508,000 square-feet on 10-acre parcel including a parking structure, new road alignments with utilities; Crescent Park at Oyster Point Boulevard and Marina Boulevard. Project includes Bay Trail improvements, and a new open space parcel.  (rendering below)
